The advert features a stern Coleen, 24, overseeing recruits learning to carry a handbag, polish their shoes and strut the catwalk.

It ends with her conducting a ‘passing-out parade’ to the tune of Nancy Sinatra’s These Boots Are Made for Walkin’.

Coleen said: “This is my first TV ad and I really enjoyed making it. I loved the way that the ad features such a wide variety of real women and shows some of my favourite pieces from the Littlewoods collection.”

We love the advert and are definately going to enrol in the Nice Boots Camp!

Dressed in tight skinny jeans, a summery cream and blue smock top with pearl hand bracelett assessories, Alex spent nearly an hour shopping at the ladies designer clothing store and from the looks of it, left with lots of new clothes.

One onlooker said: “Alex always looks glamorous and floaty chiffon is so hip right now and a cool summer outfit.

“Summer weather or not, she wears it well….”

Alex Curran was spotted today leaving her hairdressers in Liverpool looking her stylish self even in ultra casual clothes. They’re so comfortable and look different. I wore them with my new Converse and I’ve hardly worn heels since I got them – they’re so comfortable but still look good.”

Bringing Coleen into the Littlewoods family, boses are hoping that she will be able to improve sales amid “challenging economic condition”. Well, if anyone can- Coleen can!

Victoria Beckham Range Rover

After only cracking the fashion market four seasons ago it appears Victoria is bored with clothes and has branched out to work alongside Range Rover to design the interior of their new ‘Evoque’ car which will be a smaller a greener Range Rover designed to attract younger drivers.

Victoria gushed: “I am incredibly excited to be collaborating with Range Rover. I like to take on a challenge and I’m ready for it” whilst Range Rover design director Gerry McGovern added, “Victoria understands luxury products” (you’re kidding, Gerry!) He went on to say that “she is a Range Rover fan and has been a Range Rover owner for many years.”

We can’t wait to see what Victoria comes up with, but what a bizarre partnership!

Our favourite WAGS have successfully changed their image in time for this World Cup by being far more Chanel than Chardonnay! During the 2006 World Cup in Baden Baden our WAGS were catapulted into the celebrity spotlight which they made the most out of by adding a few more layers of fake tan, wearing smaller barely there bikinis and much longer hair extensions. However, fast forward four years and eight football seasons to a much more sophisticated type of WAG.

Gone are the Juicy Couture tracksuits and tiny mini skirts replaced with what fashion magazine Grazia have labeled the ‘nouvelle WAG’ wearing Roland Mouret and Christian Louboutin platforms, our WAGS such as Abigail Clancy, Coleen Rooney and Victoria Beckham have all graced the pages of fashion bible Vogue.

Back in 2006, Carly Cole was a personal trainer, addicted to working out. While the other WAGS were shopping and sitting by the pool, Carly was making sure she was on top of her exercise regime and flashed her washboard stomach while running the streets of Baden Baden. Carly is now a new mum and we are much more likely to see a demure, 1940s image with knee length pencil skirts and classic courts to tracksuits and trainers.

Along with new WAG Christine Bleakley, who is fast becoming a style icon in the celebrity world, we think people will be surprised with how our WAGS have grown up and calmed down and will maybe see them in a new light.
